Refund Policy 

Refunds are accepted in the instance that no ties have been cut, and the Hær is unused in all original packaging. Any open Hær I cannot accept back for hygiene reasons and health and safety. Any returns must be processed within 72 hours of receiving the items. Returns will be processed by myself and go through a thorough quality check where I will approve/dissaprove. Monies will be paid back into your account 3-5 working days following this. You will be responsible of covering the delivery costs of the products back to myself.

Swaps

Swaps can be arranged in the instance that you choose the incorrect shade/method. Just like the refund policy, all Hær must remain unopened, no ties cut and in all original packaging. You will be responsible for covering the delivery cost of new extensions and the return of the original extensions. Swaps are more flexible, and I allow these up to 14 days after purchased. Minimum swap quantity - there must be a minimum 60g of nanos/tapes and 100g of any type of weft to qualify to swap.
